Is this support right for me?
My sobriety support is designed for people who are in the “grey area” of drinking: those who may be drinking more than they would like, thinking about alcohol more than they would like, struggling to moderate, or simply questioning the role alcohol plays in their life.
The support I offer focuses on behaviour change, habits, mindset, emotional wellbeing and building a fulfilling alcohol free life. It is not a substitute for medical care, addiction treatment or specialist alcohol services.
If you are physically dependent on alcohol, have previously experienced withdrawal symptoms, or are concerned that stopping drinking could put your health at risk, please seek medical advice before reducing or stopping alcohol. Alcohol withdrawal can be dangerous and, in some circumstances, requires medically supervised treatment.
If you are unsure whether my support is appropriate for you, please contact me before booking and we can discuss whether it is likely to be a suitable fit.
