This course combines CBT-based psychological tools with hypnotherapy to support emotional regulation, focus, and follow-through for adults with ADHD and AuDHD. It is designed for people who feel dysregulated, overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking or reliant on coping strategies that no longer work. Alcohol is explored within the course as one possible regulation strategy, without pressure to label yourself as sober. This course is suitable whether you are sober, sober-curious, cutting down, or simply questioning what helps your nervous system. The course is structured into 12 lessons. You can complete it over 12 days if that suits you, or take longer and return to lessons as needed. There is no expectation to complete this quickly or perfectly. Regulation develops through repetition, not pressure.
