ABOUT ME
I’m an accredited UK-based practitioner with a background in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and a Master’s degree in Psychology. Alongside my clinical work, I’m preparing to undertake a PhD focused on neurodivergence and alcohol use, emotional regulation in sobriety, and adaptive coping strategies. Continuing into doctoral research allows me to deepen the academic foundations behind the work I offer.

Through both lived experience and professional training, I help people change their relationship with alcohol, rebuild self-trust, and develop habits that genuinely support their wellbeing. I’m particularly interested in why we do what we do, how our nervous system shapes behaviour, and how we can work with it rather than constantly fighting it.

My approach brings together psychological theory, CBT tools, and hypnosis techniques in a way that is practical and grounded. I don’t believe change comes from willpower alone. It comes from understanding your patterns, strengthening regulation, and practising new responses consistently and compassionately.

Across my one-to-one sessions, online courses, self-hypnosis recordings, writing, and The Sober Rebel podcast, you’ll find a balance of research-informed insight and honest conversation about what sustainable change really looks like.
The best way I can support you is with sessions, so I've put together a package that you can sign up to at any point in your sobriety or even if you aren't quite ready yet and are sober curious so that you have a safe space to talk about how you feel.
Throughout this website you'll find a selection of self hypnosis recordings to help with your mindset in sobriety, links to my audiobook packed full of CBT tools and also my self paced online sober resilience course to support you.
I have created a number of resources to support you which include my Apple chart topping 'Sober Rebel' podcast and my January series to support you in the first month, completely free of charge.
